Use on aluminum & stainless steel marine tubing. These plastic clips are designed to make patterning easier and have no sharp corners which might tear fabric or paper patterns. Simply clip them over the fabric and tubing. They are easily removed and repositioned. 7/8" round opening on one end and 1" round opening on the other.
