Controller Systems

A multispeed sewing machine controller intended for use with commercial sewing machines. This system makes possible slow speed operation while still maintaining the high speed characteristic of machines intended for production environments. Absolutely the best speed control and power for commercial sewing machines.

MC-SCR Power System 110 Volt

MC-SCR Power System™ a motor control / silicon controlled rectifier. This solid state controller with 120 volt DC motor (1/3rd HP, 3100 RPM) is compact, powerful and offers much greater slow speed power and control than the Clutch Motor.

This MC-SCR is just like the #100809 except that it is designed for our European customers. It is 220 volt 50/60 Hz with a two round pin European plug.

Clutch Motor 1/2 hp, 1725 RPM, 110 Volt

Sailrite modifies these clutch motors by adding a smaller 1 3/4-inch motor pulley to slow the top end speed of the machine to 863 stitches per minute (normal speed is 1940 stitches per minute). The smaller pulley also increases low speed power and machine responsiveness.
