New England Ropes makes this traditional rope. Easily spliced and relatively inexpensive. Classic – Replacement for woven wire rope and a good choice for cruising headsail luff reinforcement & halyards. Spun Classic – A relatively soft, easily worked rope. Used along the luff and foot of mainsails and well as along the leading edge of “stretchy luffed: genoas and jibs. Premium Nylon – A long-wearing, flexible and easy to handle rope that has greater strength and better abrasion resistance than all other 3-strand nylon lines. Good for dock lines, anchor lines and mooring lines. | |
