Sailrite stocks line from the New England Ropes company. They are an excellent high quality selection of lines from standard 3-strand ropes all the way to latest New England Ropes TECHNORA T-900. Boaters require many different types of ropes for all kinds of applications, so we’ve got most of the New England Rope lines in stock ready to ship. 3-Strand Line
New England Ropes makes this traditional rope. Easily spliced and relatively inexpensive.
  • Classic – Replacement for woven wire rope and a good choice for cruising headsail luff reinforcement & halyards.
  • Spun Classic – A relatively soft, easily worked rope. Used along the luff and foot of mainsails and well as along the leading edge of “stretchy luffed: genoas and jibs.
  • Premium Nylon – A long-wearing, flexible and easy to handle rope that has greater strength and better abrasion resistance than all other 3-strand nylon lines. Good for dock lines, anchor lines and mooring lines.

    Double Braid Line
    Double Braid Rope by New England Ropes – a braided core inside a braided cover produces and easy-to-handle rope that is strong and very durable. Popular for running rigging and docking lines. Can be spliced.

  • Double Braid Nylon – This line offers strength, flexibility and predictable, controlled elongation which helps even out the strains and stresses put on dock and anchor lines.

  • STA-SET – An extremely flexible, easy to splice long wearing line which is ideal for all types of running rigging – sail sheets, furling lines…

  • T-900 – TECHNORA is the latest, strongest aramid fiber, and SPECTRA. Highly recommended for halyard replacements and Guys.

    Dock Line Holders
    With this handy item your bow lines are always ready, yet can't come loose even in the worst conditions.
     
    Leechline
    Leechlines are small diameter lines with, nevertheless, significant strength.
     
    Manila Line
    Made from natural fibers in a three strand construction. The way rope "used" to be.
     
    Parallel Core Line
    New England Ropes has patented a unidirectional fiber core with a braided cover produces a line with significantly less stretch and greater strength than the same size double braid line. This rope is called Sta-Set X.

    Ideal for halyards, sheets, and guys where low stretch is required.
     
    Shock Cord & Hooks
    Stretchy bungee (shock) cord and hooks that have many uses.
     
    Single Braid Line
    Regatta Braid from New England Ropes is a flexible and supple construction that absorbs twist and does not kink. Perfect for mainsheets, furling lines, and large dock lines.

    An inexpensive rope with moderate strength that is kind to the hands.
