Durable RiRi zipper along the front edge for complete protection from the elements and a secure attachment to the forestay wire. Upper and lower openings at the front are reinforced with heavy dacron sailcloth. A webbing loop at the aft end provides a means to lift the bag off the deck using a halyard.
These prepatterned kits are complete—from instructions to thread. They are easy to build and a must for any cruising sailor without a headsail furling unit. The fabric is 5-year guaranteed Glen Raven Sunbrella®. Construction time is approximately 2 hours.
