HH-66 Vinyl Cement—Used for Sealing Seams Video demonstrates an alternative use for HH-66 Vinyl Cement. This adhesive is great for bonding vinyl and vinyl laminated materials together, but it can also be used as a seam sealer. Brush HH-66 across seams to seal the needle holes and create a watertight seam on vinyl materials like Shelter-Rite. Once the HH-66 is cured it won’t regain its adhesive properties, even in hot temperatures so it is safe to use on the tops of surfaces.
