HH-66 Vinyl Cement is great for bonding vinyl and vinyl laminated materials together, but HH66 can also be used as a seam sealer for vinyl. Brush across seams to seal needle holes and stitching in vinyl fabrics like Shelter-Rite. Applying HH-66 Vinyl Cement to seams makes for a waterproof seal.
