78 pp., detailed illus., soft cover. By Ivar Dedekam
Reading this book is an excellent way to improve your sailing skills. It is quite complete and the text is as clear as any we have seen. But what really sets this book apart from all the rest is its illustrations. They are simply outstanding. This is one of the few places where first time spinnaker users can turn for help both in rigging their boats and in using the sail. There is also a good deal of help in the proper use of telltales.
This book is beautiful. The paper is heavily coated and the four color illustrations are works of art. Makes a wonderful gift but be sure to get one for yourself as well.
