This spacer belt is part of the Monster Balance Wheel. It is positioned to the left of the belt track (viewed with the wheel on the sewing machine). The spacer is used to fine tune the position of the belt on the balance wheel relative to the idler pulley. It also minimizes drive belt wear. Sold each.
