White cotton wrinkle band tape is 1 inch wide and provides threaded loops to attach wrinkle band hooks to curtains and drapes. This tape is sewn to the top of the curtains to provide an easy means to use hooks with curtains that are not pinch pleated. Two Cord Shirring Tape.
