The Ronstan Orbit Block is the world's lightest block kilogram-for-kilogram of working load. To gain peak performance, this Ronstan block has engineered out the heavy steel load straps, head post, shackle and cleating accessories and replaced them with lightweight high-tech polymers and fibre equivalents. The weight and bulk are further reduced with a through-sheave becket block arrangement.

The proven Ronstan 2-stage bearing system features high compression grade Acetal ball bearings and a secondary full-contact bearing for minimal friction across the full working load range. The sheave and bearing system is supported by a fibre-reinforced load frame, computer modeled and optimized using advanced stress analysis methods.

The Ronstan Series 30 Blocks features a compact, low profile design. The two way head in the single lashing block allows for alignment at 0° or 90° orientation. This reduces weight and gives the lowest possible profile while allowing improved articulation. Beckets have been carefully designed to minimize height.

Ronstan BB Orbit Blocks feature strong, lightweight fibre-reinforced cleat arms optimized at the required cleating angle for high performance cleating. Race-proven, carbon-fibre reinforced Ronstan C-Cleats give secure rope holding with low entry and exit efforts, and are fitted with fairleads for fast action from any angle.

This single block is simple, versatile and easy to secure. Easily lashes to an attachment point and accepts Dyneema Links and shackles for a variety of efficient attachment alternatives.
