This 3M adhesive seam tape lives up to its "Super" name. It can be used instead of sewing to hold together the panels of small laminate sails (edge tapes and patches should still be sewn).
Waterproof, high temperature and solvent resistant, use it to baste laminates, Dacrons and ripstop nylons. The paper backing is peeled away as the seam is closed — only adhesive is left inside the seam.60 yards per roll.
Note: Basting tapes are left permanently in place and are invisible. If any needle gumming occurs while sewing, intermittently clean the needle with an alcohol swab or use Goo Gone.
