Returns:

Items may be returned within 30 days for a 90% refund less delivery. The item being returned must be in the same condition as it was sent (in other words the item must be resalable as new). Items that may not be returned: Special Order Items, Ultrasuede, Ultraleather, Foam, ATN Spinnaker Socks, Guidebooks, Samples, CD’s, DVD’s or any item that has been cut. No returns after 30 days.

Restocking Fee:

Refused or returned shipments will be responsible for delivery both ways plus a restocking fee of 10%.

Right to Privacy:

We do not sell or trade our mailing list. Nor do we offer any personal information to outside groups about our customers.

Photographs and Letters:

We welcome your project photographs and letters and assume that they may be used in our advertising unless otherwise informed.
