Pre-waxed V-346 Polyester Twine is used for hand sewing. The ply used depends to a large extent upon personal preference. V-346 is the smallest waxed twine available at Sailrite. This twine is prewaxed which greatly increases its resistance to the elements and reduces the chafe involved in the sewing process.
