Account Information
Registration - Opening a New Account
You do not need to be a registered Sailrite customer to place an order, however there are benefits to registering. Registration can save your address and credit card details (if desired) for use on future orders, track the status of your orders (even those placed over the phone), and allow you to purchase downloadable items (videos or instructions).
Register while placing an order or go to Login by the Sailrite logo. Click on “New Customer” and fill in all required fields.
Managing My Account
Login to view your account information, change your e-mail address or password, add or change addresses, update credit card information, view orders and estimates, or see a statement on your account.
If you forget your password, login with your e-mail address and select “Click here if you’ve forgotten your password.” Sailrite will send password instructions by email. Call us at 800.348.2769 or 260.693.2242 if your existing account does not include your email address.
You are allowed only one billing address, but multiple shipping addresses can be stored. Orders are automatically shipped to the default shipping address unless another address is selected.
Ordering an Estimate
You must be a registered Sailrite customer to view an estimate online. Login and go to “My Account” – “See Estimates." To order an estimate, please call 800.348.2769 or 260.693.2242 with payment information.
Changing My E-mail Address & Password
Login and go to “My Account” by the Sailrite logo at the top of the page. Select “Change Email/Password” in the left-hand column and fill out your new information.
Downloads
You must be a registered customer to view purchased streaming videos and PDF documents. If you placed an order without registering, please contact us at 800.348.2769 or email sailrite@sailrite.com and give us an e-mail address and password so we can set up an account.
Once registered, login and go to “My Account.” There is a link in the middle column entitled “My Downloads” where you can view all purchased videos and documents.
Online Support Case
An online support case is for product support only. For general inquiries, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or online chat. An online support case can be filed from your web account. A web account is created when you register online or automatically when you place an order (if e-mail and password is provided).
Login and go to “My Account” to file a support case. Under “Support”, you can “Contact Support” or “See Support Cases.” Use “Contact Support” to report a problem or ask a question regarding a Sailrite product. Your case will be assigned and reviewed accordingly within Sailrite. Once reviewed, you will receive an e-mail with a response or solution to your inquiry. Use “See Support Cases” to monitor the history or status of a case.
