Ordering from Lowell Direct
Because of Lowell's affiliation with Sailrite, purchases of product at wholesale pricing can be made at
Sailrite's retail store as well as at www.sailrite.com when logged in as a wholesale customer. All wholesale orders are filled and shipped from
the Indiana warehouse.
Lowell does not offer a wholesale catalog. You may, however, request Sailrite's retail catalog (product
offerings are the same) through the "Catalog Request" on the homepage. Call about a specific item or login
to your wholesale web account for wholesale pricing.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is displayed only when a wholesale customer has logged into their account. You can
identify being logged in by seeing your name and a Lowell Wholesale link by the Sailrite logo at the top
of every page. Once you logout, only retail pricing is displayed and the Lowell Wholesale link will
disappear.
Wholesale customers must pre-register in order to be setup as a valid wholesale account. Registering
a New Account on the website will default to display Sailrite’s retail pricing only. Call a Lowell customer
service representative to have your wholesale status moved to the new account.
Lowell Direct has very low wholesale pricing on items packaged in bulk (e.g., DOT fasteners in 100 packs,
binding in full 300 foot rolls, cut yardage of fabric, etc.). Items that require instructions or value-added
processes (like fabric cutting and pattern marking) as well as Sailrite sewing machines and parts are not
sold at wholesale prices.
Payment Information
Lowell Direct accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), checks, or money
orders in US funds. Orders paid by check will be held for approximately 7 days or until the check clears.
Sorry, no CODs.
If credit has been established, you may select terms upon submission of your order. A finance charge of
1.5% monthly (18% annually) will be calculated on a day-to-charged on invoices not paid within these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit credit or to withhold delivery of further goods to companies with
past due accounts.
Applications for credit will (if accepted) be activated after the completion of four orders paid for
by credit card or check.
When paying by company check, make payable to Sailrite and include a printout of the online order

Discounts and special promotions offered through Sailrite (retail) do not apply to wholesale accounts.
If a wholesale customer attempts to use a promotion or discount intended for Sailrite customer use, the
discount will be removed during order processing. We will not notify you of the correction.
Minimum Order
Lowell Direct does not have any minimum order requirements.
