Why register as a Sailrite customer?
To place an order you do not need to be a registered Sailrite customer but there are benefits in registering. Once registered, you need not give your address or credit card details (if saved) when placing a new order. Registration also allows the system to track the status of your orders (even those not placed on the web). You must be a registered customer to purchase downloaded items (videos or instructions) so you can access them in your online account.
How do I register?
During the process of placing an order, you will be given the option of becoming a registered Sailrite customer. Under “New Customers” simply click “continue” and fill in the required fields.
If I forget my password, do I need to re-register?
1.No! Call (800) 348-2769 or (260) 693-2242 and we will give you a password or input any password you prefer (min. 6 characters). Once it is added, login and change it (the password) to whatever you want. 2.Or at login, type in your email address, click on the password link and Sailrite will send password instructions by email. (If your existing account does not include your email address, first call us to have it added.)
Can I manage my account online?
Yes, at login you can change your email, password, add or change addresses, add or update credit card information, view orders, order quotes and see a statement of your account.
Can I have multiple addresses? You can only have one billing address but you can have multiple shipping addresses. The default shipping address is where orders automatically ship unless you purposely select another shipping address.
I Received a Quote--How Do I Order it Online?
You must be registered on our website to take advantage of this feature. Login and go to My Account/ See Estimates/ Click on the Quote you want to order and click Create Order, enter Payment Information and Submit or Submit and Print. Please note PayPal is not a payment option when ordering via this method.

Can my credit card information be kept on file for future orders?
Yes, but only if you are a registered Sailrite customer. Simply select “Save My Credit Card Information” on the payment information screen when placing an online order.
Shipping – Costs, Methods
The lowest priced shipping method will be displayed first on the screen, but you can select from multiple shipping methods. UPS is our preferred carrier -- delivery times are guaranteed and packages can be tracked. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you want shipping via Post Office you need to call us at (800) 348-2769 or email sailrite@sailrite.com for a custom quote.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes, assuming you do not have a spam blocker, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received within a few minutes after its entry. Another email will be sent when your order ships.
What if I made a mistake?
Call us as soon as possible. Once the order is submitted it can no longer be updated on the website and some orders are packaged and shipped within a few hours. Is the Sailrite website secure? Absolutely! We are committed to maintaining the best in website and database security. Your data is SSL Secured with 128 bit encryption.
Privacy Sailrite does not trade or sell customer names, addresses or emails.
Return Policy
Most items may be returned within 30 days for a 90% refund less delivery. Returned items must be complete and without damage. The following items may not be returned: Special Order Items, Ultrasuede, Ultraleather, CD ROMs, DVDs, samples and any item that has been cut. No returns after 30 days.
I am not getting any emails from you
If your email system has a spam blocker, our emails cannot be delivered unless you manually add our email address to your approved domain list. Enter sailrite@sailrite.com and future emails from Sailrite will be received. |
