The Ericson 27 was designed in 1971 by Bruce King. The displacement of nearly 7000 pounds gives the boat stability and comfort in the waves and chop as the winds pick up. The Ericson 27 has enough sail area to do well in most conditions and plenty of accommodations below for coastal cruising.
