The cover plate are also crafted from Delrin which is UV-stabilized with a carbon-black additive for maximum protection. Designed for all control applications on smaller boats where up to 3/8" line is used, this block has a fast trim and releases under both high and low loads. Easy maintenance: just flush with mild soap and fresh water. Use this block for traveler controls, cunninghams and outhauls, vangs, barber haulers, flag halyards, lead car return tackles and leech cords. The Harken Big Bullet Through-Deck Block is ideal for use inside spars, as well.
