Harken® Bullet Block Through-Deck is a compact, low-friction, lightweight turning block with a medium sheave diameter of 1-1/8" (29 mm). It is ideal for use on smaller dinghies and lightly loaded control lines on boats of all sizes. Through-deck blocks, as the name suggests, are installed to be nearly flush with a surface and are used to lead lines through the deck and bulkhead.

It's a solid great block, I could not find the real dimensions and it ended not fitting in the holes I had from the previous block.
