Description
Morbern® Seabrook Lime is a seating vinyl that showcases a faux leather texture and a classic sheen and is slightly thicker than Morbern® Sanibel vinyl, giving it a bit more durability. Seabrook is available in a number of rich colors and is perfect for marine exterior upholstery and cushions as well as automotive and powersport upholstery.
Seabrook vinyl is mildew resistant, flame retardant, abrasion resistant and easy to clean. As an outdoor vinyl, Seabrook sees no color fading or stiffness and has a cold crack rating of -25°F. There is a right and wrong side to this fabric, meaning that only one side is meant to be exposed to the outside.
When working with Morbern Seabrook fabrics, be sure to check out Morbern Seabrook headliner, channeling, piping and hidem gimp for a cohesive look and color matching on your next upholstery project.
Pro Tip: It is not recommended to use masking tape on either surface of this vinyl fabric.

Better quality than I expected for the price. Would definitely recommend this oroduct!
Great buy!
Loved sewing golfcart seat covers with this vinyl.
Beautiful Fabric but the smell made me ill
It's unfortunate that I must give this beautiful fabric only 1 star. The fabric is perfect but the off-gassing is horrible. It made me ill when I was cutting it so now it's airing out in the basement. I hope that I'll be able to use it to recover my kitchen chairs but for now I can't go near it. I do have chemical sensitivities but even my son walked into the room and said that the whole room smelled like paint and he couldn't be around it either.
Sailrite Response
Vinyl fabric may initially carry an odor, especially if it's been wrapped in plastic for a while. Airing it out should do the trick and because you have chemical sensitivity, I would recommend that you increase ventilation while you're working with it. Over time you should no longer notice any odor.
