Use this foam luff pad in preparing a sail for rollerfurling. Helps flatten the sail as it is furled. 12" wide and 3/16" thick.
Pad should be tapered toward the top and bottom in installation so that its effect is proportional to the width of the sail when it is rolled. The intent is to make the center of the sail remain flat by bulking up the roll. Easily sewn in single thicknesses.
