Use this Fabric Circle Cutter to cut perfect circles out of cotton, polyester and other fabrics. It cuts circles or semicircles from 1-3/16" to 13" in diameter. The cutter features both imperial and metric measurements and the super-sharp 18mm stainless steel blade can cut through multiple layers of fabric at once. The tool includes safety covers to keep both the blade and DIYer protected.
