CushionRite® Foam & Fabric Spray Adhesive is a heavy-duty, synthetic rubber-based adhesive recommended by Sailrite® for bonding CushionRite foam and a wide variety of materials including foam, fabric, batting, wood, metal, fiberglass, cardboard, paper, plasterboard, insulation, glass, and select plastics. It delivers instant grab with high bond strength, while still allowing repositioning under certain conditions for more controlled placement.

This adhesive is designed for both permanent and temporary bonds, depending on application method—spraying one surface for temporary hold or both surfaces for a permanent bond. It provides moisture resistance and performs well in higher temperatures, making it suitable for demanding environments. The adjustable spray nozzle helps improve accuracy, reduce overspray, and minimize waste. It is also CFC-free and Prop 65 compliant for a more environmentally conscious formulation.

Note: Do not apply directly to plasticized PVC or PVC-coated materials. It is suitable for use on the fabric backing of vinyl fabrics. Use care when bonding polystyrene, as it may damage EPS/Styrofoam. Maximum service temperature is 122°F.

Directions for Use:

• Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
• Spray evenly from approximately 10" (25 cm) away.
• For maximum strength or porous materials, apply adhesive to both surfaces.
• Allow 3–5 minutes for solvents to evaporate before pressing surfaces together firmly.
• For repositionable or temporary bonds, apply to one surface only and allow to dry before joining.
• Use in temperatures between 59°F–77°F (15°C–25°C) for best results. Store between 50°F–77°F (10°C–25°C).
• After use, invert can and spray briefly to clear nozzle.
• Excess adhesive or overspray can be removed using 3M™ Specialty Adhesive Remover.
