Felt Polyester Binding Tape Black

A non-woven felt binding that’s perfect for marine and automotive applications! This felt polyester binding tape will not fray or unravel and features excellent colorfastness and UV stability. It also boasts high heat resistance and is resistant to stains, mold, mildew and chemicals.

The major advantage of this non-woven binding tape is that it will lie flat around corners for a smooth, wrinkle-free look. It has a classic, felted texture and a rich, solution-dyed black color that won’t fade in the sun. Felt binding tape is a great choice for snap-in marine mats and boat carpeting as well as automotive applications, bags and craft projects.

Felt polyester binding tape works great in Sailrite’s 1-1/4-inch Swing Away Binder.

We do not recommend this binding for marine canvaswork projects. For these projects, we believe it’s best to use binding made from a cover cloth fabric for the best structural integrity.
