Replacement Tip for Sailrite® Battery Operated Thread Burner

This is a replacement tip for the Sailrite^® Battery Operated Thread Burner. This portable tool will allow for precise application of heat and replaces the use of a lighter to trim and seal ends, making it a safer, more accurate way to seal thread. This replacement tip will be sure to keep your Thread Burner working quickly and precisely.

To replace the tip, simply unscrew the uppermost part of the metal tip and base and screw on a new one. Make sure the tool is off when replacing the tip. Allow the tip to cool fully before handling after use.

Please note: Not recommended for use with PTFE or natural threads like cotton. Keep out of reach of children.
