This is a separating mounting base with hinged cover plate for 23mm Carbiepoles™ Small Adjustable Fiberglass Shade Pole (#123358). This hardware set is perfect for applications where you want to temporarily mount a sun shade pole to a solid surface. The base is a low-profile design that screws onto a solid surface for a permanent mounting base for the pole holder. The pole holder then snaps into position onto the base for a very secure pole holder for the 23mm Carbiepoles. The cover plate protects the base plate and gives a nice, polished look to the installment.
