PanoramaFR is a 20-gauge, press-polished clear vinyl window material. Created by the makers of Strataglass™, Panorama is a similar vinyl product to Crystal Clear but features a flame-retardant additive. This clear vinyl has good optical clarity with no haziness, dimples, distortion or fish eyes. It's soft and flexible while promising great dimensional stability.

You’ll find this is the perfect material for clear vinyl vestibules, seasonal patio enclosures, roll up windows, tents and temporary structures. With its flame resistant certification, PanoramaFR was engineered for resort and restaurant enclosures. The lower gauge is ideal for applications requiring more flexibility or those that may need to be rolled up and stored.

PanoramaFR Care and Cleaning

Sailrite recommends using 3M™ Adhesive Remover sparingly to remove any glue residue left from fabrication. Then clean with IMAR™ PanoramaFR Protective Cleaner and use a protective polish as the final step. The infrequent use of a polish provides a base layer of protection and good watershed.

Wash regularly with mild soap and water, rinsing away salt and debris first - beware of washing with trapped grit in your cloth mitt. To prolong the life of PanoramaFR, use recommended cleaner on a regular basis to help restore plasticizer protection and add UV protection. The manufacturer explicitly states not to use products like Rain-X, Pledge or Plexus as they will cause hazing, discoloration and distortion over time.

Please Note: The manufacturer lists the size of the sheet as 54" x 110"; however, we have found that the usable sheet size varies up to 4" in length and width. Use a #18 needle (with Tex 70 thread) or #20 needle (with Tex 90 thread).
