Description
Easily cut foam to size with the Sailrite® Blade Foam Saw V2 (Version 2). This high-quality foam cutter features dual blades for smooth clean cuts, even in high density foam, making this a great tool for both DIYers and small upholstery shops. With the two-blade system, one stationary blade grabs the foam while one moving blade saws. This system creates less bounce than single blade foam cutters and will easily cut through a full range of foam types including High Density Polyurethane Foam, Open Cell Foam and Closed Cell Foam. Please note: This foam saw is only appropriate for cutting seating and sleeping foam.
The Sailrite Blade Foam Saw V2 features a stainless steel Blade Guide and Mount Plate. We retooled the Stationary Blade with a captive design, which makes replacing the blade much easier. The new design holds the blade better with a new restrictive plate at the top of the Moving Blade. We enhanced the tool’s quality and durability for a long life with proper care and maintenance.
The Sailrite Blade features adjustable speed settings and a locking mechanism on the trigger so you don’t need to keep it depressed for long cuts. The base plate steadies the blades and keeps the saw upright for perfectly straight, vertical cuts and features wheels on the bottom so it smoothly rolls across your tabletop. If angled cuts need to be made, the base can easily be removed.
Each Sailrite Blade Foam Saw comes with a custom padded carrying case for safe storage and easy transport.
Warranty: Sailrite warrants this foam saw (with exception of the blades) for a period of one year, starting from the date of sale, against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is voided by improper use, disassembly, repair or alteration by owner or unauthorized parties.

Great stuff as usual. Thank you.
Excellent foam cutting
Right out of the case this foam saw worked wonderfully! I would definitely buy this again.
This saw cut the 4inch foam and some 1/2 inch foam just great.
Like a hot knife through butter!
WOW!! I can't believe my eyes-we have been using a 30+ year old foam cutter-the blade broke and we needed a replacement. This foam cutter is fantastic-cuts through dense foam like a hot knife through butter! The price was great considering it comes with a strong case.
Great saw
Expensive but well worth it! My girlfriend and I just redid cushions in our 31’ Pacific Seacraft.
Long awaited tool.
I've wanted a tool like this for years. Does a great job. Makes my work faster with great results. And I like the color.
Works very well just take your time and it will cut just as good as higher priced saws I like all my power tools in cases so that was an additional bonus Cuts much more precise than a carving knife
I have been needing a foam cutter for years and finally found yours. It is fantastic and affordable. It will save my hands from the pain/literally of gripping an electric bread knife to cut foam. Thank you!
Great investment!
This has been a life saver! As our small light upholstery business has grown over the past year, cutting foam with an electric knife was -well - no longer cutting it. This investment has saved us valuable time and energy. It is low maintenance, just a bit of silicone spray every so often and it cuts like it's new out if the box. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a need to neatly and cleanly slice foam down to a 1/4 thickness.
Makes cutting foam to size super easy!
