To Use:
Feed the cord through the hole toward the hook end. At the hook end, hold the cord and push the standing part forward to form a loop through the top slot. Insert the locking block with the channeled side facing the hook end. Hold the hook end of the cord again, then pull the standing part until the locking block clicks firmly into place.
