WorkerB® Power Pack Assembly Video

The Sailrite^® exclusive WorkerB^® Power Pack is an innovative portable motor system never before seen in the sewing machine industry. In this assembly video, we'll show you how to remove your existing motor and install the new WorkerB Power Pack onto your Ultrafeed. Get ready to sew with more power and slow speed control than ever before! Let's get started.

The speed control dial at the top of the control box lets you easily adjust your maximum sewing speed so you can sew as slow as 1 stitch per second by regulating the pressure on the foot pedal or up to 550 stitches per minute.

The WorkerB Power Pack has an outlet if you'd like to plug in an external sewing machine light (like the Flex20 LED Light). Please Note: Electrical items exceeding 100 watts should not be used in the control box outlet. Exceeding this limit may blow the control box fuse.

If you have the Monster^® II Balance Wheel — no worries! The Monster II is compatible with the WorkerB Power Pack. You can switch out the WorkerB Balance Wheel for the Monster II and experience even more stitch-by-stitch control with a max sewing speed of 260 stitches per minute.

Your WorkerB Power Pack Motor System includes the control box, motor, WorkerB Balance Wheel, foot pedal, belt and belt cover, mounting bracket, cord and various screws. The only tools you will need to install the system are a flathead screwdriver, Phillips head screwdriver and a 2mm hex key. Installation is straightforward with our detailed step-by-step assembly video.

Please Note: WorkerB Power Packs are designed to work on inverters/generators of 400W or more of the Modified Sine Wave or Square Wave types. Pure (or Digital Synthesized Wave) inverters/generators can disrupt the “phase cutting” technology of the WorkerB since they hide high-frequency current in the waveform. Although the 100-230V WorkerB will work on 100-230V household power, it will only work with inverters/generators with an output of 100-120V.
