Flat Internal Track Slide Stainless 7/8" is a slide used to secure mains or mizzens to their spars and make lowering sails easier. These sail slides are electro-polished cast, grade 316 stainless steel with a low friction PTFE coating and designed for use where maximum strength from an internal track slide is required. Use at the headboard, clew outhaul or around/near luff reef rings.

Sail slides are typically secured ahead of the boltrope and inserted in the mast slot instead of the rope. Secure this stainless steel slide to a sail with webbing, webbing and grommet, shackle and grommet, or just a shackle. Sail slides also keep the sail stacked in the slot when a sail track stop is used.
