HH-66 is a superior quality, fast-drying, waterproof, solvent-synthetic resin adhesive. It is used extensively for bonding vinyl coated and vinyl laminated fabrics like Shelter-Rite® and Weblon Regatta® to themselves or to various materials. Also used to bond urethanes, vinyl foams and films, leather and metals. Outstanding for sealing or waterproofing stitched seams.
HH-66 dries hard and very strong, yet remains flexible. It is highly resistant to oil, fuel, grease and many chemicals. HH-66 is also not affected by weather and extreme temperatures. It can be applied at almost any temperature and is used in some of the world’s coldest climates, although the colder the temperature, the longer it will take to cure.
Application is by brush, roller, or squeeze bottle. Dried films may be reactivated to a tacky state by high heat or solvent. HH-66 can be stored one year or longer, under normal conditions. HH-66 will freeze if stored in subfreezing temperatures for a period of time (the solvents will become slushy) but it can be righted by bringing it back to room temperature and a maple syrup-like consistency. Freezing will not affect the effectiveness of the product.
HH-66 is used widely in the manufacture and repair of vinyl tarpaulins, truck and pool covers, tents, awnings, liners, domes, inflatables, flexible signs, mats, tension structures, furniture and sporting goods. Other vinyl applications have been with protective clothing, roofing and flashing, automotive materials, oil booms, footwear, flexible hose, industrial curtains, dock seals and vinyl repair kits. HH-66 will not work on polyolefins like polyethylene and polypropylene sheeting or tarps (like ready-made blue tarps).
For Optimum Results: HH-66 should be applied by brush, although a roller may be used. Apply one coat to each surface. Application should be made bonding coated surface to coated surface using roller pressure to mate the surfaces.
Note: If used for seam sealing, HH-66 may dry slightly yellow, so it is not recommended for use on white vinyl unless some discoloration is not a concern.
Please Note: The manufacturer does not recommend using HH-66 for longterm repairs on Hypalon surfaces. However, with proper preparation (including use of a mild abrasive and then cleaning the area thoroughly) HH-66 will work for adhering patches to Hypalon.

HH-66 Vinyl Cement is great for bonding vinyl to vinyl applications, but it is also great for sealing needle holes or seams in vinyl fabric.
Using HH-66 Underwater
A customer of Sailrite uses HH-66 to repair an Inflatable dinghy floor.
Very pleased with this cement.
We used this product to repair ripped seams in our pontoon boat seats. This cement is easy to apply and holds the vinyl patch in place even in extremely hot temps.
patches for cabin cover
Used to glue Weblon Regatta patches onto an old vinyl-coated fabric boat cabin cover in places where the snaps were pulling out and ripping the fabric. Also patched some holes and tears. The boat is parked for the winter and patches have been holding steady for a couple weeks now.
The fumes are daunting, but this is a truly great vinyl cement.
Have used two part adhesive in past. This product is much easier to use and is a great one part adhesive for pvc vinyl.
Worked as described. Glued the bottom of my pvc dinghy back on.
Holds tight, easy to use.
Works perfectly, I was able to patch my Folbot. It takes more glue than you expect, but it’s easy to use and it holds.
