This hidem gimp is made from premium Seabrook marine grade vinyl from Morbern® and perfectly matches all Seabrook vinyls, headliners and channeling fabrics. It is specially folded and sewn to itself along both edges to create a beautiful 3/4" binding. Most commonly used to cover stapled seams, hidem gimp is perfect as a headliner trim.
To Use: Center the hidem gimp over the unfinished edges you wish to secure. Fold the hidem gimp back from the middle and staple or tack under the folds to secure it in place. The folds of the hidem gimp will conceal the staples or tacks for a finished and clean appearance.
Installation Note: HH-66 Vinyl Cement works extremely well to bond this hidem gimp to vinyl in case staples were not desired.

Just what i needed
Looks Good can't say much about a piece of trim.
Used on carpet/vinyl seam in 1959 Morgan auto, it worked perfectly to hide the staples. I also bought the short nose pneumatic stapler; together they worked perfectly!
Very nice product, had to cover staples on my convertible top.
No Problems, NICE
No problems, shipped Very quickly, matched existing perfectly! THANKS
Soft and flexible. Easy to shoot the staple inside in order to hide them.
Not much to say about Gimp, but this is a perfect color match, easy to work with, and thick enough that it appears it will be durable. Great touch to give cushions a professional look.
Product works and looked great. Only issue was with the 100’ I ordered there were two 2 different splices in the roll which wasted about 2 feet of material .
Very good material. Very good price. The roll did have 2 cuts in it, I don't know if that can be avoided.
Seems to be made from cheap fabric.
