Nylon 200 denier fabric is a Type 66 standard 4-ounce flag material by SolarMax®. Available in many bright colors, use this Nylon 200D to make flags, banners, signs, totes and light bags, windsocks and more. Create a set of International Signal Flags using this material in red, white, blue, black and yellow, or make your own Courtesy Flags. Although a relatively strong fabric, flag cloth is not suitable for use as covers or sails because the stretch and sunlight resistance are not sufficient.
Note: The term denier refers to the fiber thickness of individual threads or filaments used in the creation of textiles and fabrics. Fabrics with a high denier count tend to be thick, sturdy and durable.
Please Note: The fabric comes with selvages hotknifed by the manufacturer. Therefore, the fabric width can vary between 60 and 61 inches.

Great fabric to make custom flags
need it to be a little thicker.
When what you need is white fabric for a flag, this is the right stuff.
Nice fabric, stiff yet easy to work with, very reasonably priced!
Nice thick fabric, great for boating items!
This 60" material came 61.5" wide with a nice sharp edge. The material was flawless. I ordered three yards to make three large club burgees and received about 2 inches extra. I bought it for a flag for a friend who wanted his flag to be "Just a little bigger than Kevin's". So I used the whole 61.5 inches to make his 41" x 61.5". Now he has bragging rights.
This is much stiffer (twice as stiff) as previous orders of same material. Additionally, I only received 6 yards of the 21 I paid for. After two days of contacting customer support I still don’t have a solution (which should be shipping me the material I paid for). I’ve submitted the request and called and followed up with email.
