Allow airflow into your cushions and other projects with vent grommets. These low-profile grommets are sometimes known as breathers or ventilators and are often used on the backs of cushions as they let the air escape when the cushion is compressed. Made from 100% brass, vent grommets are useful in mattresses, cushions, upholstery, bags, plastic slipcovers and other applications that need airflow. This grommet has a 1" hole.

To install this vent grommet, cut a 5/8" hole using a utility knife or a #5 Hole Cutter (sold separately). Vent grommets must be installed with die sets made specifically for them – #5 Vent Grommet Die Set 1" (#120750) or #5 W-1 Hand Press Ventilator Die Set & Hole Cutter 1" (#120741), both sold separately.
