Heavy but still ready to roll and to sew. Very clear.
Excellent window material
I was very pleased with the O'sea polished vinyl window material. It was very flexible and easy to work with. This is a very high quality clear window material.
I have used 4 rolls of O'sea and am very happy. It is very easy to sew and the unusable edge is very small, maybe 1/8-1/4" at the most.
Do it yourself, you will love the results and savings.
Exceptionally good product, easy to work with and the clear finish looks great on the boat. The cost savings of making my own windows compared to having them professionally made was tripled.
High Quality Product
I debated about my purchase of this material for my flybridge front windows. I had replaced these windows 2 years ago with another vinyl window product and was disappointed when the windows became foggy in such a short period of time. The O'Sea material was a lot more expensive and I needed less than half of the roll for this project (wish product could be purchased in length increments like other materials). I found the material was very easy to work with and the on-line instructions from Sailrite on making windows and installing zippered cutouts were excellent. I am really happy with how the finished project came out using this vinyl material and I hope it lives up to it's claim to be scratch and chemical resistant and that it will stay durable and clear. I only gave it a 4-star rating because the material can not be purchased by a specifed length. If I would have replaced all the windows in my canvas enclosure it would have required 6 1/4 yards of material. I would have had to purchase 3 rolls of vinyl because 2 rolls would have been 5" too short.
Didn’t meet expectations
I choose this product in place of strataglass I found it to be more brittle and developed memory I’m sticking with strataglass
