Water Soluble Marking Pencil Blue

This water soluble marking pencil is ideal for drawing, patterning, measuring and marking on light and bright fabrics. The convenient twist barrel is easy to use, and the pencil tip never needs to be sharpened. The pencil marks are easily removed from fabrics with a damp cloth.
