This roping zipper foot is designed for use with the Sailrite^® Ultrafeed^® LS, Leatherwork^® and Stitch Master^® Sewing Machines. A specialty presser foot, the right zipper foot is designed to sew next to zippers and boltropes with a straight stitch. This foot should be used with the standard, OEM inside presser foot. When sewing, the needle will go to the left of the zipper foot's toe. This foot is made exclusively for Sailrite.

The foot’s “roping” design makes it possible to sew very close to the rope inside a fabric sleeve. While sailmakers sometimes use this for boltrope, it is most commonly employed for large cording that won’t fit under a regular cording foot.
