Lifeline cushions are a great addition to any location on your boat where you may use the lifelines as a backrest. The Sailrite® Lifeline Cushion Kit comes with the fabric, hook and loop, basting tape, and thread you need to add comfort and support to sections of lifeline on your boat. 

In addition to the kit, we recommend getting a foam noodle and 1/2" PVC pipe (sold separately) for each lifeline cover. The PVC acts as a barrier between the lifeline and the foam, protecting the foam from cuts and abrasion. The foam noodle provides the cushion, and the Sattler® Marine Grade Fabric from the kit protects the foam from breaking down in the sun.

The kit contains the materials to make three lifeline covers with a maximum length of 54" and a maximum noodle diameter of 2-1/2". If your lifelines are shorter than 54", you may be able to make more than three covers or use noodles with a larger diameter. Choose your preferred color of Sattler fabric from the dropdown menu above.
