Requesting Photos for Stitching Issues

Provided below you will find two example photos. Please recreate these photos on your sewing machine exactly as the instructions state so our Machine Techs can review your machine setup. You will also find a video below that provides you a step by step process of capturing two more photos on your Sailrite Sewing Machine. We ask that you attach these four total photos to the support case email. If you have any photos of the front and back side of your stitching results, please include those as well. All of these photos we are requesting help our techs review crucial information about your sewing machines setup and performance.
